The Fitbit Flex 2 is an excellent entry-level fitness tracker that brings smart activity auto detection, waterproofing and a host of other interesting features but lacks more advanced functionality. Here is our full review.

  3. @Android Authority Great video! Thanks for the review! I'very decided to buy the Flex 2 at some point soon. Do you happen to know if it'still compatible with the Samsung Galaxy s6? Thanks!

  4. Incredibly overpriced compared to something like the Mi Band 2, which has up to 4 times the battery life (depending on use), includes a god damn screen, and is MUCH cheaper.

  5. It's OK I'll bet, but for a basic activity tracker, the Garmin Vivofit 2 is a far better option with a far better app (but that's a personal opinion having used both brands). I used the original Flex for a while and it wasn't bad so I'm sure this one is an improvement but I've since gravitated away from basic activity trackers out of necessity. Nice video though, and it's nice to hear a Pommie accent on AA again.

  6. Miband is a good alternative, but the iOS version of the app is SEVERELY lacking in features. I have a Miband 1S and the app is terrible on iOS. I'd happily pay this price if it meant the app is a lot more feature rich.

  7. Why is the battery so terrible? My Mi Band last for at least 60 days with message notification & few daily alarms going off. Also just upgraded to the Mi Band 2 with OLED display, that last at least 20 days.

  8. Actually just picked this up a couple weeks ago and have been very satisfied. Just mirroring your sentiments in the video; I like the app and the social element to it. Tracking sleep and my water goal is great too, and it even recorded my sports activity in Bowling (the graph was hilarious)! I can't complain about anything and I think it's quite worth it

  9. As a company they are horrible, their are people that have been asking for certain important features for years, and have hundreds of posts on their own forum asking for them, and they go ignored, will never buy another thing from these douches ever again.
